I found the hotel and its grounds gorgeous. The architectural design is special. The staff members were kind and helpful . Bedding felt first class I also valued the room extras like coffee and high-quality toiletries.
The television in the room was nonfunctioning upon check-in. All hotel information was displayed on it. This made it difficult to determine hotel hours and access services like room service menu details.

Staff members were professional they always smiled and helped me with my inquiries. The team worked efficiently to ensure guest satisfaction I noticed a high level of attentiveness. The service standards reflected a five-star experience .

The rooftop terrace offered fantastic views I enjoyed drinks there before retiring. The pool area featured a long salt water pool it had comfortable loungers. Poolside service was prompt I received drinks and snacks quickly.

the lunchtime restaurant offered great food on a nice terrace. the terrace was very close to the pool. concierge staff provided helpful assistance regarding local restaurants.

the beautiful room i reserved did not have a city view. it was only an interior room. guests should reserve higher room types for exterior views.

Fantastic Hotel Experience

The room was spacious and very clean. The rooftop bar had fantastic cocktails. I especially enjoyed the botanic cafe' terrace snacks. The staff was very cute and helpful. I felt very spoiled.
The photos online showed elegant curtains, however behind those long curtains is mostly a wall, not windows. The actual window is only about one-third the size of the curtain and tucked into a corner. It was like false advertising!!!

The swimming pool was open. I enjoyed the lovely poolside restaurant. The hotel is only a 10-minute walk into the city and is on the beach front. It's perfect. The spa baths are highly recommended. They have great relaxation options.

The room included everything I wanted and needed. It had a lovely bed and a small balcony with great sea views. The room was also well cleaned and the turn down service was very welcome.
